Shipping and Returns

Shipping
Most items are shipped within 24 hours of payment. Made-to-order items, such as custom laptop sleeves, can take up to five days to ship. You will receive an email confirmation when you order has been dispatched.

Australia: All domestic orders are sent by regular AustraliaPost. Sydney Metropolitan orders are often received within 2 days, and most Aussie orders arrive within 5 days. ExpressPost upgrades are available upon request.

International: All international orders are shipped by standard Airmail. Shipping takes 5-10 days on average, but can be longer depending on the customs regulations of your country. Unfortunately we cannot expedite international orders, but we do dispatch all orders as fast as we can.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We understand that you are buying sight-unseen, so we are more than happy to refund your money if you are not completely satisfied. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please get in contact with us before shipping the item.
