Is there an Interro shopfront? Can I see the bags in person?

Currently we do not have a shopfront, nor do we do a regular market stall. This may change in future, but until then, we have a rock solid returns policy. If you purchase a bag and it fails to impress, just let us know within 7 days of receipt, return the bag in it's original condition, and we'll refund the cost less shipping.

I can't see a design that perfectly fits my needs. Could you make my dream bag?

Absolutely! We love custom work. Send us an email letting us know what you have in mind, and we will respond with an obligation-free quote. If you choose to go ahead, payment needs to be up front, and you'll need to allow around 2 weeks for us to whip up your dream bag.

Where do you get your materials?
I get asked this question so often, but unfortunately, I cannot release that information. Sorry kids, it's a trade secret!

I have purchased a bag and there is a problem.
Not to worry! Send us an email, with as many details as you can about your order (Paypal transaction number, name of buyer, etc) and we'll do our absolute best to sort it out. Please feel comfortable enough to tell us how you'd like the problem solved. Your satisfaction is important to us.

What are the shipping methods?
All Australian purchases are sent by Auspost ParcelPost. All International packages are sent by standard Airmail. This means the packages will be delivered by your regular postman, not by a courier or messenger.

Do you ship internationally? How long will shipping take to my country?
I will ship to any country in the world. Shipping times vary depending on the country. The following guide shows a few example countries. If you would like more specific information, feel free to email and ask.
USA - 5-10 business days
Asia & NZ - 3-7 business days
UK & Europe - 7-12 business days

Are shipping upgrades available?
Shipping upgrades are available for Australian customers only. Aussie packages can be upgraded to Express or Registered, but you need to contact us before checkout, and we will send you an adjusted Paypal invoice for the right shipping price.

What Payment methods are available?
Paypal is our payment gateway, and you can pay using your Paypal balance, e-Cheque (e-check), or credit card. If you are Australian, you can also pay by direct deposit. This isn't an option during checkout, so send us an email and we will work it out off-site.

I don't have a Paypal Account, how can I pay?
Luckily, you don't need a Paypal account to use Paypal! You can pay using your credit card without signing up for an account. If you have any troubles with this, just drop us an email, and we can send you an invoice with instructions how to pay.

I'm having trouble with checkout. Can you help me?

Do you sell wholesale? I would like to be stockist.
Super! Yes, we wholesale. We prefer stockists to be based in Australia, but if you're overseas and willing to pay International shipping, that's cool too. We need the address of the shopfront, your ABN (if you're Aussie), your contact details and your first born child (just kidding! Kids are messy.) You MUST tell us if you plan to sell our items online. Send us an email at wholesale@interro.com.au and we will get back to you soon.
